What are the different types of memberships that SpacePAD offers?

• For companies of all sizes, SpacePAD provides flexibility options to help your business. You can choose from any of our services below.

Hot Desk

• Includes SpacePAD Membership plus access to any available desk in the common area of your favorite Hot Desk location. Just bring your laptop, pick an open seat, and get to work.

Dedicated Desk

• Includes Space PAD Membership plus a desk of your own in a shared space. You’ll set up shop in the same spot each day and it is secure

Private Office

• Includes SpacePAD Membership plus access to any available desk in the common area of your favorite Hot Desk location. Just bring your laptop, pick an open seat, and get to work.

• If you would like to make changes to your membership, please submit a support request and your Community Management team will assist you.

What is SpacePAD cancellation policy?

• For we Membership and Hot Desk Memberships, members can cancel anytime for end of current month. For example, a cancellation on Midmonth means that your membership will stay active until Month end.

• For all other Memberships, please consult the cancellation provision and notice requirements of your Membership Agreement.

Can I add additional privacy vinyl or bring in blinds to make the space more private?

• To ensure all members get natural light regardless of where their office is located, we don’t allow members to put anything up above the privacy vinyl line.

Can I bring my own furniture?

• Yes, SpacePAD encourages members to bring their own furniture and personalize the office however they’d like. Keep in mind: members cannot make any physical changes to the infrastructure of the office (i.e. drilling, wallpaper, light fixture changes, obstructions to office visibility).

What size conference rooms do you have? What’s included in them?

• We have two conference room that expands into a bigger space for larger gatherings. Our meeting and conference rooms are equipped with a projector system, conference tables and chairs.

How do guests visit my private office?

• Guests are registered ahead of time by you informing us when they will arrive. Please have your guests sign-in with our front desk. On arrival, we’ll provide them with a guest pass and contact you.

What are my payment options?

• We have a no cash payment policy. Dependent on your membership, fees may be charged daily, monthly or annually. Flexible payment options which include; we also accept POS, bank transfer or check payment. Another payment options can be further discussed prior to sign-up.

How do I book or reserve the conference room? Do I need to be a member to reserve one?

• If you’re a member, you can book a meeting and conference room via directly with the front desk. Non-members can reserve rooms for events if there is availability. Send an email to bookings@spacepad.ng

What are your working hours?

• SpacePAD is open from 8AM to 5PM local time, every day. For all members with Fixed Desk.
